He began his career in the Research Division (2013) Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC), where he undertook legal research, prepared legal opinions. He then served as Deputy Public Prosecutor in Kelantan (2013–2014) and Malacca (2014–2017), where he conducted criminal prosecutions in the Subordinate Courts, assisted in High Court trials, appeals, and revisions, and advised the Royal Malaysia Police on investigations.
From 2017 to 2018, he was Federal Counsel and Assistant Director at the Judicial and Legal Training Institute (ILKAP), delivering lectures on advocacy and criminal procedure to enforcement agencies nationwide. He later served as Assistant Parliamentary Draftsman (2018–2019) in Drafting Division AGC, drafting bills and over subsidiary legislations. Since 2019, he has served in the Civil Division, AGC representing the Federal Government in civil litigation, defending its legal interests in civil disputes.
