Zaimi Baharudin is a healthcare leader with over 19 years of experience in medical imaging and allied health. He is currently the Head of Allied Health at ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital, where he oversees strategic planning, workforce management, and service development across allied health disciplines (Radiology, Pharmacy, Lab & Physiotherapy). Zaimi began his career as a radiographer and has held key leadership roles, including Radiology Manager at Columbia Asia Hospital and Senior Interventional Radiographer at Prince Court Medical Centre & IJN. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Imaging & Radiotherapy from UKM and an MBA from UUM, and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Hospital Management at IMU. His training includes international clinical exposure in Cardiac MRI at the Royal Brompton Hospital, London. A frequent speaker, advisor, and instructor, Zaimi contributes actively to professional development, national healthcare initiatives, and curriculum enhancement. He is also a committee member of the Malaysian Society of Radiographers since 2022.
