Dr Rafidah binti Dato’ Abdullah is currently a Consultant Physician and Nephrologist, Hospital Putrajaya. She is an elected member of Malaysian Medical Council, 2024-2027 and lead for various committees in Ministry of Health; which include Integrated Renal Palliative Care, Pre-dialysis Education Programme, Clinical Practice Guidelines Comprehensive Care in Advanced Kidney Disease and Strategic Action Plan for Kidney Health 2026-2030. She has completed Masters in Palliative Care (with distinction) in King’s College London, UK (2019) and currently in her third year of part-time PhD with Lancaster University, UK. She is recognized as social media health practitioner with combined followers of more than 800,000 across 7 social media platforms. She is the current vice president of MedTweetMY, and co-chair of www.MYBuahPinggang.com website for kidney education.
